I decided to build this website on a Saturday, with little idea of what it would be, and launched it on Tuesday. I think it's pretty cool that we can use Drupal to rapidly bring a vision to life and wanted to share how I did it.

We've published an updated product strategy for Drupal CMS. Version 2.0 replaces the original Drupal Starshot strategy from August 2024, and it reflects where we are after nearly two years of building.

I was honoured to be invited to give the keynote at DrupalSouth Wellington 2026, where I laid out the vision for Drupal CMS: to grow Drupal adoption by expanding Drupal's reach beyond the enterprise market.

Shortly after the release of Drupal CMS 2.0, I presented at DrupalCon Chicago with Drupal CMS Design Lead Cristina Chumillas. We introduced the first site templates and explored how we are leveraging Drupal Canvas in the new version.

After Drupal CMS 2.0 launched in January, the Drupal Association asked me to talk about what's new (Canvas and site templates!) and what I'm most excited for people to try.
